520 |a "In der marxistischen Theorie ist die permanente Revolution die Revolution der Revolutionen, die Revolution im Quadrat." In der permanenten Reproduktion der sozialistischen Revolution ist aber ein Selbstwiderspruch begründet und der Kern dafür, daß sie sich inzwischen erschöpft hat. Denn sie führt zu einem politischen System, in dem die Politik die Gesellschaft bestimmt und in dem das politische System per se für alles zuständig ist. Insofern ist das System extensiv und läßt sich mit Schlagworten wie Zentralisierung, Überreglementierung, Überverwaltung charakterisieren. Interessen und Interessendivergenzen, ob organisiert oder nicht, sind latent vorhanden, werden aber nicht offen ausgetragen. Um aus der Sackgasse herauszukommen, wird am Beispiel Ungarns ein "Minimalprogramm für eine Reform" entwickelt. (SWP-Hld)
