|a Dies ist der erste Teil einer kleinen Geschichte der "Zeitschrift für Politik", veranlaßt durch ihren 90. Geburtstag 1997/98. Sie konzentriert sich einmal auf die Gründungsphase (1907/1908) und fragt nach den Zielsetzungen der Gründer und ersten Herausgeber Richard Schmidt und Adolf Grabowsky. Sie analysiert des weiteren die Stellungnahme der ZfP zu den epochalen Wendepunkten der deutschen Zeitgeschichte im 20. Jh.: zum Anfang und Ende des Ersten Weltkriegs; zur frühen Epoche der Weimarer Republik und zu deren Ende. Schließlich thematisiert sie die Gleichschaltung der Zeitschrift durch die Nationalsozialisten und ihre ideologische politische Instrumentalisierung für den NS-Staat zwischen 1933 und 1935. |a This edition is first part of a little history about the periodical "Zeitschrift für Politik", on the occasion of its ninety years birthday in 1997/98. The establishing period of 1907/1908 and the questions about Richard Schmidt's and Adolf Grabowsky's - the founders and first editors - objectives are matters of main interest; then the analysis of the opinion of the "Zeitschrift für Politik" on the decisive turns of the German twenty Century's history: the beginning and the end of the first world war; the early and the final epoch of the "Weimarer Republic". The little history brings up, too, the "force into line" of the periodical by the Nazis and the ideological and political instrumentation for the NS-regime between 1933 and 1935.
